# Oberfläche

Das Modul gliedert sich in zwei wesentliche Teilbereiche: eine mehrdimensionale **Gesamtansicht** und eine **Detailansicht** zum ausgewählten Personal.

Dabei dient die Gesamtansicht einer übersichtlich gruppierten Datendarstellung, innerhalb derer Filterfunktionen für Spalten und Zeilen verwendet werden können, um Detailansichten zu erhalten. Diese können z.B. durch das Einstellen des Wertebereichs, der Kostenstellen oder des Zeitraums erstellt werden. Diesen können Sie wie in [SWOT Co](/handbuch/swot_co.md) auch mit der Zeitleiste für eine konkrete Auswahl der zu betrachtenden Jahre und Monate einstellen. Mit rehcts Mausklick auf die Zeitlesite können Sie individuell wählen, ob sie den Standard-Zeitraum im Kalenderjahr „per aktuellen Monat beregenzen“ wollen oder „immer 12 Monate auswählen“ möchten.

Die beiden Hauptmenüs „**Start**“ und „**Stammdaten**“ werden auf den folgenden Seiten jeweils detailliert beschrieben, um die zahlreichen Funktionen dieses Moduls aufzuzeigen.
