# Tools

Die drei Funktionen, die unter dem Menüpunkt “Tools” zu finden sind, sind bereits gängige Funktionen, die auch in SWOT Controlling integriert sind.

Die Funktion “Suchen” ermöglicht eine Gesamtsuche in der aktuellen Ansicht. Das Suchfenster öffnet sich unterhalb des Ansichtwahlbereichs.

Die Funktion “Exportieren” bietet die Möglichkeit, die in [SWOT Personal](/handbuch/swot-personal.md) erstellten Übersichten auch nach Excel zu exportieren. Der Explorer zur Datenspeicherung öffnet sich automatisch beim Auswählen dieser Funktion.

Die “Druckvorschau” (s. Abbildung 17) ermöglicht eine seitenangepasste Vorschau, die automatisch generiert und auch anschließend noch individuell bearbeitet werden kann.
