# Mandanten aktualisieren

Jeder Mandant hat eine Versionsnummer, die den Aktualisierungsstand der Berechnungsprozeduren und der Tabellenstruktur widerspiegelt.

Ein nicht aktueller Mandant kann in [SWOT Co ](/handbuch/swot_co.md)nicht geöffnet werden. Deswegen wird ein solcher Mandant im [SWOT Browser](/handbuch/swot_browser.md) auf Updates überprüft und nötigenfalls aktualisiert. Im letzten Fall wird per Doppelklick auf den Mandanten erst das Aktualisierungsfenster aufgerufen und erst dann[ SWOT Co ](/handbuch/swot_co.md)gestartet.

Der Aktualisierungsvorgang wird in der Mandantendatenbank protokolliert. Im Erfolgsfall wird die Versionsnummer hochgesetzt
