# Mandanten kopieren

Beim Kopieren wird eine vollständige Kopie eines Mandanten angelegt. Der neue Mandant bekommt dabei eine neue Nummer und eine neue Bezeichnung. Diese sind im Dialogfenster **Szenario / Kopie** anzugeben. Die letzten 5 Ziffern der **Mandantennummer** sind frei wählbar. Die ersten vier Ziffern der Mandantennummer stellen Ihre Lizenznummer da.

Es ist möglich einen Mandanten

1. exklusiv für sich (Standard-Variante)
2. oder mit bestehenden Rechten
3. oder mit eigenen Rechten für alle Benutzer

zu kopieren.

Das Kopieren von Mandanten beim Erreichen maximaler Mandantenanzahl ist gesperrt. Es wird Ihnen das Anlegen eines Szenarios sogleich vorgeschlagen.
