# Ansicht Alle Benutzer

Die Knöpfe **Neu**, **Ändern**, **Löschen** funktionieren in den Ansichten **Alle Benutzer**, **Mandantenbezogene Benutzer** und **Rollenbezogene Benutzer**“ immer nach dem gleichen Prinzip.

Beim Drücken auf dem Knopf **Neu** wird ein leeres Formular für einen Benutzer geöffnet.

Beim Drücken auf dem Knopf **Ändern** wird das Editiermodus für den gewählten Benutzer aktiviert. Das **Ändern** funktioniert beim Selektieren von mehreren Benutzern nicht.

Beim Drücken auf dem Knopf **Löschen** werden ein oder mehrere selektierte Benutzer gelöscht.

Die Benutzer, die von einem anderen Rechner mit dem gleichen Datenbank Server verbunden sind und mit[ SWOT Co](/handbuch/swot_co.md) oder [SWOT Browser](/handbuch/swot_browser.md) arbeiten, werden als **aktiv in SWOT Co** / **aktiv in** *SWOT Browser* gekennzeichnet und grau markiert.

Bei der Auswahl einzelner Benutzer (außer **admin**) wird in der Spalte **Zugang zur Unternehmensstruktur** ein Editiersymbol angezeigt. Der Mausklick auf das Symbol ruft die Berechtigungseinschränkung auf.
