# Lizenzinformation & Online Support

## Lizenzinformationen

Alle Informationen zu Ihrer Lizenz und der installierten Version von *SWOT Co* sind im Menü **Hilfe** und im Menüpunkt **Info**, wahlweise mit der Tastenkombination **ALT+F1**, einsehbar.

Die **Lizenznummer**, der **Lizenznehmer**, die Lizenz umfassenden **Systemkomponenten** und die vollständige Versionsnummer von *SWOT Co* werden im Fenster **Programminformation** angezeigt.

## Online Support

Im Menü **Hilfe** und im Menüpunkt **SWOT Online Support** wird **TeamViewer** gestartet.

Der Aufruf kann optional über das **Startmenü**, **Programme**, **Programmgruppe SWOT**, **SWOT Controlling 6** und **SWOT Online Support** erfolgen.

Weiterhin können Sie das Programm auch im **Cockpit** über **Support** aufrufen.

Zur Erleichterung der Kommunikation mit den Anwendern über weite Distanzen hinweg, setzt *SWOT* die Beratungs- und Fernwartungssoftware *TeamViewer* ein.

Der Anwender und der Support-Mitarbeiter stellen über das Internet eine geschützte Verbindung her und können gemeinsam auf dem einen oder anderen Rechner arbeiten.

Jeder kann dabei für sich bestimmen, wie viel Einblick und Einwirkung dem Anderen gewährt wird. Dies alles erfolgt ohne aufwendige Programminstallation oder Registrierung.

Der praktische Ablauf sieht wie folgt aus:

1\. Sie melden sich mit Ihrem Problem im Support. Ihr Supportbetreuer wird Ihnen bei Bedarf die Nutzung des Teamviewers vorschlagen, in diesem Fall nennen Sie bitte die Nummer die bei Ihnen auf dem Bildschirm zu sehen ist.

2\. Dann erscheint ein blaues TeamViewer Kontrollpanel.
