# Zuweisen von Systemrollen

Um sicherzustellen das alle Reports nur von den Personen eingesehen werden können, für die sie bestimmt sind, ist es wichtig die Rechte für alle SSRS Ordner gemäß den gewünschten Parametern einzustellen. In den Standardeinstellungen hat nur der Administrator Zugriffsrechte. Um einen neuen Systembenutzer oder Administrator hinzuzufügen, gehen Sie oben rechts auf den Link

**Siteeinstellungen,** dann links auf Sicherheit. Über die Schaltfläche **Neue Systemrollenzuweisung** kann nun ein neuer Systemnutzer/Administrator hinzugefügt werden. Bei **Gruppen- oder Benutzername** wird der Name des Lokalen- oder Domainbenutzerkontos eingegeben. Die eventuell dazugehörige Domain wird automatisch erkannt.

Die Systemrollen sind für Administrationsaufgaben gedacht und werden nicht für den operativen täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Die Systemrollen sollten sorgfältig verwaltet werden, unnötiges Vergeben von Administrationsrechten kann ein potentielles Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen.
