# Datenzugriff-Einstellungen

Die **Datenzugriff-Einstellungen** sind zu einem bestimmten SWOT Modul zu hinterlegen. Man definiert eine der zwei Datenzugriffsarten, die sich sowohl auf bestehende als auch auf neue Elemente der einzuschränkenden Struktur (Dimension) auswirken:

**Zugriff aktivieren** ermöglicht dem Benutzer den Zugriff auf alle aktuell in der Dimension enthaltenen Elemente.

Deaktiviert man das entsprechende Kontrollkästchen, wird der Zugriff auf jedes aktuell in der Dimension enthaltene Element verweigert. Neue Elemente, die nach dem Speichern der Datenzugriff-Einstellungen hinzugefügt werden, werden mit der gewählten Zugriffsart zugelassen.

**Zugriff deaktivieren** verweigert dem Benutzer den Zugriff auf alle aktuell in der Dimension enthaltenen Elemente. Aktiviert man das entsprechende Kontrollkästchen, wird der Zugriff auf jedes aktuell in der Dimension enthaltene Element mit der gewählten Zugriffsart zugelassen.\
Neue Elemente, die nach dem Speichern der Datenzugriff-Einstellungen hinzugefügt werden, werden abgelehnt.

Der Zugriff auf einzelne Elemente kann per Kontext für selektierte und/oder gefilterte Elemente verfeinert werden.

Es gibt 3 Zugriffsarten, die für die gewählten Elemente einer Struktur (Dimension) gelten:

* Kein Zugriff
* Vollzugriff
* Lesen
