# Offene Posten

Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten offene Posten zu erhalten:

1. In SWOT erzeugt aus den Salden/ Beständen der Debitoren/ Kreditoren, d.h. je Debitor/ Kreditor einen Wert (Schnittstelle SWOT). Damit ist man in der Lage, die Außenstände je Kunden oder Lieferant zu verwalten.
2. Aus dem Buchhaltungsprogramm postengenau (Schnittstelle DATEV OPOS, etc) Durch die Schnittstelle SWOT OP werden aus den Debitoren-/ Kreditorsalden OP‘s erzeugt

**Disposition der Offene Posten**

* Rechnungsdatum und Fälligkeit dienen lediglich der Information.
* Das Ausgleichsdatum ist das „Wirkdatum“ mit dem der Posten zur weiteren Behandlung in die Liquiditätsrechnung gegeben wird.
* Das Ausgleichsdatum wird beim Einlesen aus Fälligkeit und Stichtag erzeugt. Liegt Fälligkeit nach dem Stichtag gilt das Fälligkeitsdatum. Ist der Posten überfällig wird der Stichtag für den Ausgleich vorgeschlagen.
* OP‘s können also verschoben, gesplittet und abgeschrieben werden
* Durch die eindeutige ID bleiben diese Informationen auch nach erneutem Einlesen erhalten!
